Alta Vista de Boracay

Staffs are very accommodating. Reception was open even if it's late since we leave the keys late at night. Rooms are nice and clean. The view is amazing! A few minutes away from Puka beach. The downside for me is it's too far from the station 1,2 and 3. Like, you need to ride for like 20 minutes. They offer free shuttles going in there, but not for late nights. If you want a quiet, peaceful place, somehow far away from the bustling city, then this would be perfect for you. Highlights for this would be the pool and jacuzzi, you get to relax when enjoying the breathtaking view of the mountains. All in all we had a really good stay.

I don't usually write a review but this one needs it badly. I was looking forward for my 1st vacation in Boracay, and everything was perfect except where we stayed. We stayed here in Alta Vista de Boracay for 3 days and 2 nights. First day, bathroom was clogged, so we called if they can fix it, which took them awhile to do it after we brought it up again for the 2nd time. In addition, we called for extra blankets and extra towels or rugs, for the bathroom floor was wet. We didn't get one until we left - NOTHING. Bathroom curtain was filthy, it has molds in it. Also, the curtain rod in the bathroom was rusty. And lastly, the water in the shower was either too cold (freezing) when you turned the shower knob to your left a little further or too hot (scalding) it could burn when you turn a little to the right. You just can't find the right temperature to take a shower. It's either you're going to take a freezing cold shower or burning hot shower, there's no in between. Not going to lie, but I always spent at least 30 to 1 hours finding the right temperature for my shower, which I had no luck, it's frustrating. Overall rating is 1-2 stars. I highly don't recommend this hotel at all if you want clean and best service. The only good thing about this hotel is the pool, and the shuttle service, that was it.

It is my 6th time I return to the hotel loft units. The hotel is simple but peaceful. Prices are very good. There is a hot jacuzzi/tub in the pool area which is very luxurious. I love to come back just only for the hot water of the jacuzzi :-) soaking on the water of the spa makes me feel totally relaxed. I fell in love for the HOT JACUZZI ! It is unique in Boracay. I already miss it a lot! It is surrounded by greenery and sea view. The entire hotel enjoy fresh and breezy air and peace. There is a large garden called Dinara with turf. The internal roads are traffic free and you can enjoy a walk in the tropical nature. Local trees (palms, pandan, mango, etc. ) makes it luxurious. The price is a bargain for the relaxation feeling. The reception is huge and peaceful. After pandemic, luckily the Chinese mass tourism is gone. The pool water is very clean and it feels like they use chlorine and fresh water to keep it clean. I had never a skin problem after pool. The hotel feels much better on real than photos! The overlooking position of the pool gives a sense of peace. The pool color is deep blue and max depth is around 1.50m so I felt safe. The rooms are native style, simple, clean at a fair price. Large beds! A bit too stiff. Comfy pillows :-) there is a local massage team and little store to buy water , noodles and sweets. There is a regular shuttle service (free) to central white sand beach (d mall). Staff is very friendly and respectful and accommodating. If you dislike the crowd, be surrounded by nature and pay a low price, it is a great place.

Great view, very quiet, and most of the staff are really nice and helpful. However, beware the remote location. The front desk and onsite restaurant close at 8pm, along with most of the hotel, so make sure you stock up food and escalate any concerns before then. Most restaurants nearby close at 8pm too, so make sure to get food before then and bunker down for the night. Some of the managers were dismissive and unhelpful.
